LTPM China has changed the traditional design concept of clean booth, mini-clean unit take the concept of modular integration design, this architecture is similar to SMIF form, it has variety of independent clean area, the only difference is that the transmission is not carried out by the connecting arm, but to operate in a closed clean room. It has the independent air conditioning and return air system. The advantage of this form is easy elastic spacing, low construction costs, compared with the traditional civil construction purification room, the cost is greatly reduced.

Components of food sterile workshop:
It consists of change room, buffer room, air shower and operation room. Change room is used for changing outfit, shoes. Operation room is used for filling products. The height of it should be confirmed according to the height of equipment. If it’s too high, it’ll affect the sterilization of UV. The wall should be smooth without dead angles, convenient for cleaning up and sterilization. The workshop should be closed type and keep positive pressure. Place UV light, air filtration equipment and constant temperature equipment.

The choose of material should follow Code for Design of Clean Room. Use purification sandwich panel, 0.4mm thickness, density 14kg/m3. All aluminum profiles are done electrophoresis treatment to improve the service life.
